Shipping Cut-Off Time

While most orders placed before 2:30pm PST meet the 1 business day delivery cut-off, our official cut-off time for web orders is 1:30pm PST. Please contact customer service if you have any questions.
While orders placed before 1:30pm will be forwarded to our shipping partners (USPS, UPS, and others), we cannot guarantee same-day delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (explained in sections below).

Returns

Some unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase under certain conditions. We provide a full refund.
